I know nothing about pokemon, but it looks like a penguin? Male emperor penguins do feed their chicks crop milk, like pigeons and flamingos do. But I don't think that'll make spoiled cow's milk any more appealing.

Taking this opportunity to vent about when I got a frozen personal cheese pizza and thought the texture of the crust was weird. The crust was chicken. It didn't say anywhere on the package except the ingredients. I hadn't eaten meat in two years and the pizza tricked me.

That's what she was, thank you so much. Oh for sure, and it's adorable seeing them clamber all over mom. It's just funny because this one looks like it's getting a piggy back ride.
