Yeah if you’re looking at a daily commuter for under $10K vs say, a used truck in the $40-60K range.

We have two older vehicles that I plan to flip soon, and both will be listed above black book.

It’s like that across most rural and remote towns. Also, some price in the convenience to pay a little more here instead of taking a week to fly to AB, buy something and drive it up. We overpaid a little for two used vehicles over the years here but didn’t have time to shop around or head south.
