Strand Character Engine — our first public project is now on @itch.io! It will be a two-part system that lets players independently make characters than can then be tied into their GM’s campaign. Think of it as an “ultimate session zero” tool.

In our experience, players can have a hard time creating compelling backstories for characters. This can lead to GMs struggling with how to weave them into their campaign. We're developing a system-agnostic engine specifically for this use case and soon we'll be looking for alpha testers.
