The Scottish Transitions Forum held a sold out conference in Edinburgh while Catherine, our Head of Learning and Development, presented at the @uofglasgowsldo.bsky.social event about our consultancy work with @glasgow.ac.uk

We spoke a lot about the need for clear concise information in transitions so we want to remind everyone to get onto Compass compass.arcscotland.org.uk - a free online tool for young people with additional support needs and the adults in their lives. It is real info, from real people, on real life!
