Pretty cool that they are supportive!
On my side, there is little room for honesty, last time I forgot a sfw furry drawing on my desk near a decade ago I had a relative demand that I burn it because it was "demonic", it was just an anthro dog but that is how they think :/

I guess if their idea was to cause discomfort, then the exposure worked, but the discomfort is pretty much all I got out of it.

Similar situation from when I was doing therapy, my therapist wanted me to try using dating apps as a form of exposure, needless to say, that didn't go well :/

It is cool that they are somewhat aware and sad that they act indifferent, your arts are really lovely.
I can't tell mine about arts, even though I'm doing it fulltime now, just told them I'm a freelancer now, which is as close to the truth as I can get.

It happened a looong time ago, but one day I forgot a drawing on my desk, 100% sfw, it was an anthro dog, one of my relatives told me I should burn it, because in their head that drawing was demonic. This experience and many others turned me off from expressing creativity around my family.
