I'd phrase my main criticism of Clean Code and related methodologies as "Reusability is nice but let's not lose our fucking minds"
People write software that probably won't even be used for that long as if they were building the Pyramids because they're too afraid of ever having to rewrite a file

Recently I had to heal some naïvely implemented #LiveView from being quite slow on moderate data load.
A few lines of code and the thing is flying - drastically better UX. All thanks to #LiveView & @ash-hq.org

Some people imagine Russia's war of extermination in Ukraine as a Superbowl game or something like that, as if the worst thing that could happen as a result of Ukraine's surrender is Ukrainians just driving home mad and frustrated.
