We are all children cosplaying as adults. We may have more understanding but our emotions are pretty much the same. It helps me have compassion for myself & others to remember that when we're angry, hurt, grieving, or frightened, our youngest parts need to be safe, acknowledged, and considered.

Knew about Spotify's CEO investing in military-use AI. Missed memo about $150k donation to the most recent inauguration. New information: now they are running recruitment ads for 🧊 but I don't get ads on that platform, so I found out from someone else posting about it. 😑

My therapist had a 100% cry rate today, starting with the first meeting at 8am, all the way up to me just now. I cried because here is a person of color having to comfort me over the ways I've been affected by capitalist fascism. I'm gonna make it but the unceasing WTAF is wearing on me.

*Neither the current nor former governor of NC openly acknowledge genocide
*Most birds don't have penises, except ducks, who have a penis that's more like a chute
*I have 42 kinds of tea in my spare bedroom closet

Between Israel taking hostages, the economy just crumbling before our eyes, the government shut down because Rethuglicans want to take away health care, the clown show they gave military leadership... How is ANYONE to be expected to get anything done?? My nervous system and attention span are toast.
