Weekend project ---
So Sweetie bought me a sous vide. I decided to try making the lovely ramen pork (recipe in my previous post). We had some vacuum bag issues last night, but we finally got the pork marinating overnight. Now the beast is cooking!
10 hours from now we will see!💚😊
