It allows the mind’s perception to pull away from the lower dimensions and imagine what a 5th or 6th or even higher dimensional being might experience by extrapolation. For all intents and purposes we can start to imagine what it might be like ‘outside of time’.

so instead of 3space observers creating branching universes with each choice, the branch universes already exist, in a ideal/Platonic timeless state, waiting patiently to be called upon by consciousness during each new time slice generation that our brains orchestrate.

parallel/adjacent ‘bulk’ slices are defined by the path taken by a three space observer, and it is these neighboring slices that that provide the hiding place for the missing mass that is usually pointed to as evidence for dark matter.

the ‘bulk’ is the complete set of all possible spacetime configurations. slices through this hyper dimensional bulk represent moments in our unique timeline.
