I will say, boasting about gracious dialogue at the current moment while you’re still bowing to a corrupt crown is a hot take

Let’s maybe take this moment in the US to notice corruption in all governments, rather than just highlight ours

I also think there’s a lack of understanding for how many of us are disabled or poor or caretakers or otherwise unable to take to the streets

The traumas we’ve been experiencing for the last decade+ take visceral tolls

We are all literally doing the best we can

I’d love to just view my autism as part of neurodiversity, but in the world we live in right now we have to view it as a disability, because it is treated as one

I’m quite used to being hurt and harmed by people in ways that can’t be mended, or simply don’t wish to be mended, + it’s difficult to wrap my brain around people wanting to stay and repair versus recede

it’s hard to be vulnerable with your heart after hurt, but it’s the only way to mend
