The only place I've ever felt physically threatened on the streets is Liverpool. That's not a judgement, most Liverpudlians are lovely and an anecdote is not data but it is a fact.

Agree with one of the BTL comments. My father in law recently bought a TV and you can't even use iPlayer without registering a Samsung account. My smart TVs are pretty dumb (and very old) but when they die, they won't be replaced with a TV again. It'll be a monitor and a homebrew set top box.

Elderly relative had accidentally clicked some crappy site's 'allow notifications' request & was getting spammed with antivirus clickbait so hard it made the computer unusable once the browser was open. Had to delete the offending site settings. Not happy about it, such a waste of everyone's time.
