This is a great response. It's sad how a movie made this long ago can be still incredibly relevant, even more so now within the past few years. It makes you wonder if the message of this movie has been lost within recent years.

I like how you spoke about the sense of "impending doom" and think the movie did a great job with supplying the viewer with a sense of uneasiness without making it so obvious and in your face that the tensions that arise in the movie aren't too dramatic or intense

I find it very interesting how these types of ads impact adults as opposed to children. I don't find myself being swayed by them now, but those with little media literacy definitely tend to be more influenced by celebrity testimonials.

I agree with this post! These types of advertisements really make you wonder- are the company's morals aligned with the content they post, or is it purely for marketing?
