Finally got around to watching Blue Beetle last night & loved it. Yes it’s a pretty bog-standard superhero origin story, but it’s probably the most I’ve simply *enjoyed* a superhero movie in a long time. I hope James Gunn is serious about keeping Xolo Maridueña in the role. And the family cast too.

After seeing holes in Mando S3, being underwhelmed by Ahsoka and not liking The Acolyte, I really wasn’t feeling live-action Star Wars. Skeleton Crew managed to pull me back in. Loved it. This could really turn into a comfort show for me. Roll on Andor S2!
