I wanted an occasional concept of swapping roads in #HighwayNoir. It makes the city feel more like a real city, mixes up lane counts and sometimes introduces a small extra gameplay element

Phylox: so obscure I'm not totally convinced it was ever a full game. I've never found evidence of anyone, anywhere beating level 2

It's good that you hold on to the fact that you will feel better again. It's not a fix-all but it can take away some of the power of the gloom. I hope the better days come very soon. Until then - it's not much but here's a cat

I'd forgotten how much I enjoy this part of game dev! I've been working on scripting set pieces and plot for the story missions in #HighwayNoir. I can't share context but I can tell you that the player is driving a stolen police car in this mission

This is me from that one video I posted recently and me in 2020 after 5ish months of lockdown in which I made a bet with myself that I wouldn't shave

1. Carve your pumpkin, save the seeds
2. Mix the seeds with a few tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt, pepper and a big dash of paprika
3. Roast at 220c for 12 minutes

Look, I get it. I'm on your side. #HighwayNoir requires some pretty intense driving. But now the NPCs will sometimes get pissed off about it, and I kind of see their point
