That ALSO said, the saying has always been "every other version of Windows is good" but that was the pre-COVID pre-AI. Win12 isn't going to be any better. So if you have any interest in Linux it's not a bad idea (and Linux has gotten far, FAR more user friendly than it used to be, I can help w/ it)

from someone who is stuck on windows because they do windows development: it's... okay. You can get Enterprise edition and it'll suck less (enterprise is designed to be usable offline) and if you need to get a key then I Know A Guy who I think has them. (cont'd)
