The purpose of the Special Meeting is to consult EAA Members on the future direction of the Association, with a particular focus on potential amendments to the Statutes, a review of internal guidelines and processes, and the development of EAA policies and external communications.

The Executive Board meeting agenda also included addressing questions raised by Members during the Belgrade AM and AMBM, and the request to call a Special Meeting of the Membership.

- seeking a full and wide-ranging review of the EAA's Statutes, calling a Special Meeting of the Association to approve the recommendations as outlined in the voting text, and
- establishing a Task Force to advise on how those EAA Statutes are put into practice.
