I imagine it depends on if the gimmick can exist in isolation or not. Some things will require an avatar but I'm curious if people just do new scenes or new projects entirely or whatever else they might do.

I've heard some of xiaomi phones have them too. I just carry my flipper around nowadays but going back to having it baked into the phone and less conspicuous would be nice.

IR blasters didn't last very long unfortunately. Still kills me that there's very few modern phones with them.
