For too long, consumers have faced complex ticketing, limited rights, and poor connections + service quality when travelling across Europe by rail.

At today's #PowerSummit25 @arcapde.bsky.social made the point that the energy transition requires consumers to be more active participants in the energy market.

But people can't be consumers 24/7. Energy suppliers need to more proactively help consumers with home renovation or shift to heat pumps.
