Silver is in her basket, and Nox is discovering his basket. Also, he's Velcro and wants to be in my lap. So far, he's adjusting well. 🤞

Folks--We let Nox into the main house.

At 2:30 this morning, he decided Mom n Dad's bed was the PERFECT place to attack feet, hands, and eyeballs. Yes, apparently, blinking is an invitation to paws, claws, and jaws. He bit my eyelid.

An update on Nox:
He now knows that I'm a delightful provider of treats and that my lap is perfectly safe.
Today, in exchange for fish-flakes, he let me brush him and clip his front nails.
He's hanging out with Husband a lot more. Things are going well.

He sure does eat ALOT.

I like having options.

These three are the ones I use the most. But, the one below has special meaning. I bought it for my best friend. She and I both loved the movie. When she died, her mother gave me back the deck (and I inherited her beautiful cat, Mouse).

I adopted our cat this weekend. He's hiding under the bureau. I'm sure this is tough for him. He's been eating, drinking and eliminating in his box. Now all he really needs is time and space.

They have some cats and a few dogs coming from LA. Those critters are traumatized, and their people are looking for them; if you can foster or donate, PLEASE do.
