I like the way you expressed the suspense as pressure, as the tension really seemed to be so potentially explosive and rough throughout the movie. That can definitely be seen through how it was shot and edited to allow the watcher to feel how uncomfortable and violent the conflict was.

I like the way you worded your experience and feeling of the movie. Many times I had to pause it and rewatch some scenes because they were so jarring. In it’s original context I imagine audiences in theaters must have especially felt the weight of the messaging and how harsh it was

I think this ad supports the idea of ads often being based on stereotypes and cultural ideas, often using common but harmful ideas to promote a product. It promotes the pants through misogynistic messaging, likely to match a consumer base of misogynist upper class men that view women as trophies

I find this ad quite careless, as the controversy of it could have easily been avoided if the advertisers had researched the implications of their wording. Perhaps it could have been purposefully, due to the tone seeming to imply genes. Ads should be made with extensive reviewing and research.

I like this mention of AI being able to also be used to help identify misinformation and reliable information, as many people only point out only how it’s able to spread misinformation with it’s abilities. This interpretation relates nicely to the concept of affordances being positive and negative

I think the comparison between war of the worlds and the rise of AI is a very solid comparison that highlights how misinformation is spread to the public and how it can cause skepticism around legitimacy in the information we receive.
