No, you didn't manipulate a gene in the lab to insert a foreign gene. Rest easy!

I haven't seen this one, thank you!

I'm not sure we can say this is a revealed preference, because we don't have a population with equal access to both choices so we can see which way they would choose. We have a population able to choose between 85% suburbs and 15% urban (in many places).

They only started the war
Why should they go out to fight?
They leave that all to the poor, yeah"

Also, too, if you see a Fata Morgana the chances are good that you're enjoying nice weather.

...also, the west is responsible for the large majority of new carbon in the atmosphere since 1750. Let's not forget that.

"...police were called on the kids with a gun, they had the right to investigate..."

"Not with drones."

Again. What law or passage in the Constitution prevents this?
May 13, 2025 at 11:30 PM
Does the public want police flying drones in regular patterns, hoping to find stuff? I doubt it.

Does the public accept police putting up drones for situations exactly like this or similar? I bet they do.

Is there a small % who wants zero police drones flying? Of course.

The topic is drone surveillance from air, so it is completely relevant. SCOTUS ruled that seeing something during overflights of property in public space is not protected privacy. I doubt you can find polling that shows public doesn't want police using drones in the manner seen in ABQ.

Which right not to be infringed?
May 13, 2025 at 6:56 PM
I asked you what law this violates, or what the community says against it, and here you are pretending I'm advocating for it. Very strange tactic.
May 13, 2025 at 6:55 PM
But to the original point: you haven't shown this is an invasion of privacy. Has the community tried to shut down this type of surveillance? Is there polling that finds the American publics do not want police using drones in this manner?
May 13, 2025 at 6:36 PM
I agree that I'm insulated and wd never have a household that required 50 police visits. Since this is obviously an issue of public safety in a state where I don't live, it will not protect me. Maybe you are arguing there are limits on how police should protect the community - discuss it with them.
May 13, 2025 at 6:34 PM
I'm not speaking in any kind of way. Why would you make this statement.
May 13, 2025 at 5:51 PM
So...what is the bad law allowing police surveillance by drones in this situation?
May 13, 2025 at 5:36 PM
What is the statute or ruling on which you are relying to make this statement?
