If you are reading this, send some love to the people who mattered to you.
Nice use of lighting! I can see some beautifully use of color and depth of fields in your older posts. The struggle is definitely paying off in the long run. Keep doing what you're doing and be proud of yourself for going this far.

But do know that in spite of it all, you are still here, alive and breathing. That alone proves how strong you are, that you still haven't given up yet.
You'll keep getting stronger with each day you wake up, and when you least expect it, you will already have the strength to survive any hardship.

Hi,
It must have been really tough for you, and I know it is really hard to deal with childhood trauma, it never gets easy especially when you feel you are alone. It is that sinking feeling, and you feel like you can't breathe or get up to the surface

This is a very important message that should be seen by more people.

I hope you also tell yourself that everyday, especially during the tough times.

Self love and forgiving is very important.

It can feel disheartening to feel unproductive when you know that you can and have done it before. But imo, I think it's the mind saying that it needs rest, or balance with something else to keep on being productive. Much like how our bodies need rest to keep on going the next day. Hope this helps

It is okay to feel overwhelmed sometimes. What matters is that you keep on doing what you need to do for yourself first, progress will come after. Whether the progress itself feels small or big, it builds up in time, and later on you will see how far you go based on the accumulated steps you take.
