This is a real book. Title is Overclocked: An Archive of Graphics Card Box Art.
The image taking up most of the cover's space is a sort of Terminator-looking robot, it's shiny chrome arm clutching an equally shiny shuriken.
The left side of the cover has advertisey call outs of info on the card - "3D Graphic Acceleration!" "Maximum Performance! "SUPER ALLOY POWER!" "DUAL FANS double cooling" "3 year warranty!"

We got up close to the front so I could see Doctor Sung and Commander Meouch being adorable and hilarious all night long. They do so many good bits, like standing back to back like this after every song 😭

This ad was in the back of an Archie comic book I had when I was young.
I remember staring at it for hours, enamoured by it; unable to look away.
Maybe it was the colours? The girl's pose? Or some other combination of je ne sais quoi... but it still speaks to me.

I am devastated by the loss of Starcadian. I really connected with his music... He was a titan of an artist, crafting incredible soundscapes while building out a beautiful world of his own creation... He has always inspired me deeply.

I will miss him eternally.
