My journey is so nourished by my time spent with my non human relatives.

Not only has it shifted my idea of what it is to be “alone” (I’m never alone. The whole world is holding me, calling out to me) but it’s also shifted my idea of silence.

Everything is alive and seeking connection

Did you know that the dominant emotion of Winter is fear?

Fear is regulated by water, as part of the emotional body.

It arises when we feel threatened or unsure of our capacity to survive/adapt.

It is seen as a natural reaction to the vastness and depth of the unknown.

Remember when we used to surf the internet for people’s fun websites they crafted themselves?

Will the crumbling landscape of social media mean a return to wandering the web in search of cool niche communities and makers?

✨Virgo S Node Themes we’re meeting and learning from:

•proving one’s worth through endless labor

•“fixing it” as a way to stave off the dark future of unknowables

•the haunting belief that safety, love, and acceptance must be earned

•the fear that nothing can come freely, not joy, not even rest

Respecting the cyclical nature of life allows us to become aware of the energy currents at play in each season, in each cycle, at each moment.

And when we're aware of where we stand in the cycle, we can make better decisions.

I can’t over state our natural and intimate connection to the moon, especially those of us with wombs. 🌕

It’s as natural as our connection the Sun.

Women created the first calendars more than 44,000 years ago tracking their cycles.

There is a bold truth in embodiment-becoming is really the only way to truly teach anything.

If you’re about it, you have to BE it.

Astrology isn’t about learning that you’ve lost control to the powers of the stars

It’s a remembering of the language of the universe

A connecting to the seasons, the moons cycles, the animals behaviors, the changing of the atmosphere

You’ve come out of this earth, not into it. Have you forgotten your mothers name?

Your body is the earth, the earth is your body. It’s reflected back to you constantly if you’re open to seeing it.

A lot of us are welcoming in the rumbling of what Pluto in Aquarius, and 2024 for that matter, will unearth, welcoming the call to transform.

Though I am so excited to see a collective reaction, a word of caution, do not underestimate the commitment that will be needed…

As a forever student of astrology and other esoteric systems that follow cosmic transits, sometimes the best thing to do during a major transformational transit is to just witness it.

This is not a deterrent for spreading info that is timely with what’s happening, or to preparing others by sharing.

Nootropics are one of my favorite herb and food groups to discuss because they can literally help the brain to grow new cells, improve memory, and protect the brain from stress.

They’re great to start at an early age or to incorporate as an elder, and work well into lots of recipes. ⬇️
