This is what drives me crazy! We're a country, not a business. You can't 'lay people off' and make them someone else's problem. The 25 year-olds at DOGE have little real world or specific expertise to make responsible changes (why they keep having to walk it back). Nor does President Musk.

As a former buyer for a national chain, I watched Americans flock to Walmart and refuse to pay a living wage to Americans on the ‘80-00’s. Why would we want low paying jobs back? We could lead the world with quality education and innovation, but they’re afraid of smart people.
