After a blocked UOH on ideal distance, you land 4 frames later then when on hit. So when you do the super faster, it will only connect on hit, else the input window is already gone when blocked. Again, mind the distance.

For 2LK xx L.DP in the corner, Dudley's face should be off screen for the denji follow up, else only back MP connects. However, delaying too much to the last frame will not work. You actually have to do the super faster. If you do it instantly however, if will also not connect.
