Over the past two months I've been addressing the problem of knowing where to save a file. It has lead to some great research.
I've concluded that mostly, we just need quick notes and then a way to pull them together.

I use Makefiles like an easy mode bash script with flags for my projects. This generates `make help` from comments inline.
