I agree Matthew. They do need to learn fast and my hope is Spors is part of that. I don't believe Wilcox did a good job at all, I think that's partly why they didn't replace him, but then they've realised that actually, we do need a director of football and they've bought in Spors who is proven.

Phil is also very well connected where investment and sponsorship is concerned, much more than people will realise.

Phil's role is to build the business, increase revenue, there's so much going on where profits will feed into the club in the future, there's so much great stuff happening behind the scenes. One thing I'd say about Rohl is that when he left saints, our results took a downturn, I think he was very influential for Ralph. #saintsfc

They do, but this is a long term plan, to compete with those teams in the top half of the PL, we need to generate more revenue, at the moment our revenue is something like third bottom, so to succeed in the PL, we need to punch above our financial weight
