My most ambitious needle-related adventure yet! 📏
This isn’t really sewing — more embroidery and geometry — but apparently I love my brother or something, because I’ve decided I want to try to add a design to a shirt for him for his birthday 🪡

A new sewing adventure 🪡
I had a short one-afternoon class that was an intro to sashiko needlework and I finally finished the front half of the project! 🩵🐰
The design came pre-printed on the fabric so no hand-stenciling was done, but it gave me a good idea of how to approach future projects 🥰

Had my first bookbinding class last night and it honestly reminded me a lot of being in elementary school. 🥰 We should all fold and tear and cut and glue paper a little more as adults ~ it’s so meditative!
And it feels really doable so far, so I’m excited!

Went to touch rocks this weekend and am very dead.
Got a grand total of 12 hours of sleep in the past three nights and did some of the most intense exercise yesterday that I’ve done in the last year.
Feel not great today.
Was very worth it.
