Sketching some simple stamp ideas onto Essdee blocks. I'm going to use the stamps to decorate brown paper Easter egg bags for my kids (even though the youngest two are nearly 25 and the eldest 35)and their partners - never too old for Easter eggs!

A little intaglio print that I made at evening classes held by Hereford Art College a couple of years ago. I may sign up for the course again, just for the absolute luxury of using a well-equipped printing workshop.

Just taking a graphite rubbing from a very small area of the hush hush project to check that I've cleared the background. Hard to tell the scale in this photo but this is an area of about 2 inches - the tiny details are really testing my eyes!

I guess I should start posting a few bits of my work here rather than hovering as a faceless presence.
I want to move away from Instagram, but I'm hesitant to lose the lovely, supportive printmaking community that exists there. I imagine lots of people are feeling that way currently.
