I realized last night that I have apparently earned my first running injury as the back of one thigh was swollen and sore. Mostly seems better today, but opting to cross train instead of doing the long run I was supposed to do and possibly making it worse 😕

I found the tracker for Project 2025... they're already 1/3 of the way through.

Some of these aren't quite at the 100% mark even though they've been marked off.
