Not a game dev but thinking of recent events where a game didn't seem to have proper play testing-if you can, get play testers who have experience in the genre or similar titles. They'll be able to pinpoint stuff in much less time. I think a Odyssey speed runner would have good insight etc.

There's a web extension that tries to find the people you're following on here, basically anyone who put their blue sky handle in their bio or has the same handle will be found. I found half of the people I was following so it's definitely worth doing
