I had one of those days yesterday and one of those nights last night. Spinning, overthinking-all the good stuff. The alarm seemed extra early. But the dog still needs me and our world still needs me, so I put yesterday away and move forward. Drink your water and go for a walk.

Happy Friday Eve Day. I’ve posted a Samurai Warrior from a recent VMFA exhibit. Those guys were really amazeballs. The battles they fought that looked like there was NO FREAKING WAY they were gonna win…strategical, tactical and wise. That’s what we must be. #drinkyourwater #havefun #restraint
