Last night, I took my jarred fruit, made fruit salad for the next week to continue fruit fasting, as well as cayenne cleanse water w/spring water, lemons & cayenne pepper. Have my lemon water, lemon ginger tea/detox tea for the day, Green Goddess smoothie for snack & 2 yellow dragonfruit🙌🏾

While it’s Day One of my 3 day liquid fast, I’m booked all weekend for Halloween & the Brandy & Monica concert this weekend, so I made my vegetable soup that I’ll eat to break my 10 day fruit fast midweek next week….From the pot to cooling in bowls to the freezer until it’s time to break my fast🤲🏾
