It’s been many years since I have lived in New Mexico. One thing that persists is that Green Chili belongs on pretty much everything. Seafood Chowdah, add GC! Lobster Mac n cheese, GC! Oh, vanilla ice cream for dessert, Apple Pie, literally anything… add GC.
