My family are New England Franco-Americans. Even when my grandparents got married (Grandma is Irish, Grandpa Quebecois) the amount of casual racism he experienced was surprising. My grandma's dad almost didnt let them get married.

As with all exercise the optimal routine is the one you will actually do. Just going on walks can be transformative as long as you do it, and the most optimized workout plan in history doesn't mean shit if you never do it.

Shooting up a Hannukah party because of a country on the polar opposite side of the world seems very straightforwardly antisemitic to me. The attack is clearly meant to be against Jewish people as a group
