As someone whose main kink is the same, I feel you somewhat. I dont have incontinence, but I have had stomach and bladder issues that bordered on it. I've associated diapers with both kink and comfort so much, I'd doubt that I'd be able to have any intimacy with someone if diapers weren't a factor.
