Resisting change is not the same thing as leadership with no institutional knowledge taking a business down a path historically proven to be a risk for that business and an employee caring. The pity here is that you think that what the speaker said is relevant without context.

The GOP folks I know justify their selection based upon religion - despite our constitution expressly disavowing religions relevance to our government. So the policy issues you claim are relevant are expressly yours. I did not assume others held my beliefs but you certainly make that assumption.

It is confusing. We hear one version of reasons provided by pundits yet that does not mach what the GOP folks I know actually say.
