60 and 100 meter sprinter

inofficial 60m PB: 6.98*

*due to malfunction during timing, it's unclear if I actually went sub 7

official 100m PB: 14.35 (stupid pre-race anxiety slowing me down)

we were doing I believe 30m reps that day after doing 10-100 meters as an endurance session I think (it's a while ago, I can't fully remember that day, but it definetly was after PonyCon Holland) and it happend as coincidence these "races", I decided to just join them(I false started in the 2nd rep)

I also "raced" 2 of my teammates and I obliterated them (I think they're probably as fast as the guy I raced at PonyCon Holland) but I lose a race at PonyCon Holland yet again after catching up to a car in a 30 km/h zone...

okay, I had my track spikes on that day I "raced" my female teammates

I think I actually found a cheat code haahahaha

I messed up my form, I felt something slipping on my feet, so in the post race analysis, my teammate told me I ran on the midfoot, instead of the forefoot. I know now that a sub 14 would have been possible. but again watching an MLP episode prior to the race helped me... FOR THE SECOND TIME!!!

I had done a video recording the last few moths of me and I used the timer function and counted my steps manually so there are probably inaccuracies but it's better than nothing xD

for comparison: Su Bingtian has/had a step frequency of around 5 steps per second

there are maybe 2 more races to run over the 100 meters, but I'm not sure. I have to tell my coach on Monday that I want to participate in the open club champs in a nearby town, then on October 3rd, I will have my final race in 2025 and close the chapter of a (so far) successful season

my coach told me to put the blocks 1 unit more to the back each, so I did that and oh boy, when I started out of it, I told him: "that's it!!! that's the setup!!!"

I felt so comfortable in the blocks, heck I can barely imagine my next race how it will go

I did chill the 3rd and last run, and somehow, I caught one of my teammates who's a former sprinter, he runs now long distance whilst I was completely dead. I only did 3 runs that day

trust me, sprinting isn't as simple as it looks like. I did improve on my 100m PB by .4 of a second at my home race

it was manual timing during training so, these times are of course not recognized by IAAF/World Athletics.

even with a kinda bad start during PoniesOnline, I clocked an insane 7.3, missing out on my own record by 0.3 seconds -.-

but I actually would like to race RD if I had the chance

man, I wish I was or would be one of the actors. 100 meters me vs. Rainbow Dash xD. okay seriously, I can theoretically outrun cars in a 30 km/h zone by mere running, but RD has more stamina than me.

proof: 60 meters in 7.01 seconds (verified) (6.98 is not verified due to phone malfunction)
