Thank you to surfdude29, @haileyok.com, ivanbea, jordimas, quiple, @mary.my.id, trantus, tkusano, dogukany, maisondasilva, and all of our wonderful FOSS contributors.

Since then, we've launched features like custom feeds, where you can select your own timeline. You no longer have to be held to the whims of black box algorithms.

Now, there are 25K+ custom feeds for sports, news, fungi, and more. We’re excited to make feeds even easier to build.

Some quick stats on the atproto ecosystem in 2023: 

• We grew from just 12 to 3 million users 
• Developers have built over 20 clients 
• There are 25K+ custom feeds, one of the first implementations of algorithmic choice
