I got lucky in Sac (love it) about three years ago, but the neighborhood is being consumed by white paint, black window trim, chonky wood porch column(s), and those black wrought iron-looking carriage porch lights.

Beautiful. Can relate. I never had any injuries—until I did. Right now, 1-2x/wk is about what my body will allow. Slower than I want. Not as far. Half of the actual time is simply "getting warmed up" to find the groove/pace. This was the motivation I needed to keep it up. Thank you.
