I made my homemade stock: coriander roots, peppercorns, garlic, and shiitake mushrooms as the base. Meat and veggies are your choice.

I find that glass noodles and fungus are to dilute the minced pork. I was gonna make it with pork ribs this week but got chicken breast and choy sum instead.
