Count Zero was my favourite book in the Sprawl series. Prophetic in so many subtle ways. Like the video cosmetic filters and fake backgrounds that we have now in 2025. But the idea of an AI, etching a bio interface into a human brain, to use it as a meatspace avatar; this is provocative even today 😎

Already bought this in three formats! The Sprawl series was my favourite 20 years ago, but I actually prefer the Blue Ant series now...
