Fenway Park fan tour included sit on the Press Box, watch workers prepare for a concert, and sit on the bleachers on top the Green Monteh.

Days 125-129 were spent toiring 4 ports to the north of Tokyo. This included Hakodate n Miyako. Most impressive was the tsunami recovery there. Also the population turned in droves to welcome and say goodbye to us #traveltheworld

Say 122-124: out visit to Tokyo includes a visit to the imperial palace and left us impressed about the modern metropolis where everything works perfectly. #traveltheworld

Day 121: visited Osaka Japan. Toured a main castle in town. Also shopped in the town’s market. It’s small streets and crowded walkways. #traveltheworld

Day120: exciting visit to Peace museum in Chiran Japan. Was surprised that it was a Kamikaze pilot museum that was done to honor the suicide pilots. Watching the exhibit I was impressed by the methods used. #traveltheworld

Day 119: had an emotional visit to Nagasaki Japan. It’s peace museum and park at ground zero. I’ll never forget the site. #travel

Day 118: went for the fest time to Busan South Korea. Impressed by the people. Look out for the World Expo 2030 in Busan. #travel

Day 112 & 114-116: first day stopped on Ishigaki, Japan a quiet but friendly beach town close to Taiwan. The next stop was Shanghai , China. This modern city was simply amazing.

Day 111: arrived in Taiwan island, and had an excursion to a museum and to the capital city of Taipei. Here too the city skyline had changed. #traveltheworld

Day 108-109: arrived in Hong Kong and good weather followed us from Vietnam. Visited parts of the islandlpps that were new and old to us. Lots of changes in the last ten years. #traveltheworld

Day 107: we arrived to Ha Long Bay’s harbor serving Vietnam’s capital Hanoi. Toured and admired the famous karst limestone outcroppings and caves. #traveltheworld

Day 105: the ship docked in Cam Ranh Bay, a naval forces base. The visit started pin a nearby town - Nah Trang where we had a memorable visit to a rapidly changing Vietnamese resort town. #traveltheworld

Day 104: On day 104 of our incredible journey the ship arrived in old Saigon. The newly named Ho Chi Minh City. That night we went in a pub crawl aboard Vespa cycles. #traveltheworld

Day 101-102: we docked in the vicinity of Bangkok the capital of Thailand. There we toured a magnificent sanctuary and a fruit farm. Others went to traditional tourist stops that included the Great Temple. #travel

Day 96-97: we arrived to beautiful Singapore to no nonsense security checks in/out of the port. But the others were nice and welcoming. Spent two days there.

The day after Bali to a part of Indonesia where the Muslim religion dominates. We found it nicer and cleaner than Bali.

Day 93: Trsveled to the north coast of Bali. To a temple celebrating their new year. Every 210 days.

Day 92: toured the temples of the Island of Bali. I expected a place with less people and found it overcrowded.

Day 91: Komodo Island was our introduction to Indonesia. The is. was mostly deserted except for port workers and vendors. The large Komodos were a great sight. #travel

On day 83 of our cruise we visited the WW II past of the city of Darwin in Australia. I was fortunate to find an F-111C at the RAAF museum. They were very cordial and opened the cockpit for me. Must have been the Fireball shirt.

Our first port in Australia was Sydney. A great excursion in The Rocks and a premier site gave us fantastic photo opportunities. This included my fav pub The Heroes of Waterloo. 2 great days

Day 85: We are rounding Cape York in Australia on the way to Darwin. This after leaving Sydney and visiting Newcastle and Cooktown in the East with the Great Barrier Reef as protection of inclement weather. #travel
