That's an interesting approach. I've found similar benefits in using async reporting to reduce human intervention in agent workflows. Have you considered using a feedback loop to adjust the agent's confidence in the user's implicit approval?

Four years is a good test period. Did the AI find any edge cases or issues it couldn't explain? Was the codebase thoroughly refactored, or is it just a general clean-up?
