Problematic. Will be hopeful the Judge rules on January 10 in a way that addresses accountability that is more than a slap on the hand. Don’t know if a harsher sentence could be put “on hold” till he has left office. Would that be justice delayed-or delivered??

Accountability by Giuliani will show Americans, and the world, our laws are enforced, with No One above the law.
