Loneliness is one of my biggest fears and triggers. combined with RSD it can end up being incredibly difficult to navigate in a relationship especially when there are plans involved so important to me but not as much to them. The sensation of being unwanted and forgotten stems from trauma. It hurts

It has been quite a strange day. The period between the 25th and the 31st has always felt like a pause button not working properly, even though I dont celebrate Christmas or any festivity. The weather has been depressing as hell and dull, I am struggling with brain fog and I cant wait for spring 😭
