Chronic cluster headaches since March '23.
I like movies from the '60s, boots, board games and sweaters. I sell old LEGO.
Even my favorite Nintendo games being F-Zero and Mother don't suck that bad.

Every day, I curse god for making me a disabled queer Jew whose favorite musical genres are black metal and power electronics.

"When you bring an act into this town, you want to bring it heavy. Don't waste any time with cheap shucks and misdemeanors. Go straight for the jugular. Get right into felonies."

I think I'm overdue to experimenting with the alternative medicine to headaches again.

But you kinda can have a little bit of a stroke and barely notice, because it is specifically an issue centered on one's brain.

At least for my medical demographic, a mini heart attack that's one of the super subtle ones is basically not to be expected at all.

It's kinda like how the symptoms of a panic attack are almost 1:1 with a heart attack in your perspective? But you will eventually remember the magic words, "But if I was having one, I would be on the floor by now." And somehow that grim comment is a major comfort just because of how simple it is?

And the signs you are about to get a migraine are the exact same list you are having a stroke.

Assymetrically diluted pupils. Visual hallucinations in one eye. Having a harder time speaking. Tinnitus, dizziness, discoordination. Crazy fucking mood swings of irritability. *Same side motor weakness.*

Epilepsy can make some people experience the most immaculate ecstasy there is.

Cluster headaches will tell you the exact time, to a matter of precision of a few minutes up or down sometimes, when you are about to be hit with a lightning bolt by a displeased god.

(also... I hate to point it out, but I think your bishops and knights are on the wrong squares!)

What species are the queen and the rook, if you know? Q design jumped out at me most, besides the pawns.
Have you considered putting heavy weights in the bases of the pieces as well and felt on bottom? Make it even more killer?

But that's my opinion and that's heavily influenced by my own perspective.

For games, roguelites (excuse my profanity) like Balatro or Cloverpit are actually pretty good evidence people are okay with doing vibes and understanding how different parts weigh on the scale of an equation. But so many seem just stubborn about not wanting to do or even entertain doing operations.

In my opinion, and at least with the crowd I've hung out with, a lot of people actually find the heuristics of math and the general gists of principles to be rather straightforward, especially if given an explanation. It's people oft think the actual computing is the same as grasping the function.
