Narration Caption(s): "And for what? To wake up every day and face the same shit again and again? Fuck that. Scorched earth, baby." --- Panel Three: The last item she finds is a green paperback book that she glances at. Narration caption(s): "You know what I wish? More than anything? The Woman: "Holy shit, did that actually wo-" --- Panel Three: She's struck by lightning before she can finish, vaporizing her earthly body --- Panel Four: A splash panel depicting her rebirth, in the form of an evolutionary progress. She starts first as a single-cell organism, followed by an amobea, with the remaining stages thusly: a teal eel-like creature, a razor-toothed fish, another sharp-toothed fish with limbs, a wish person with fully developed limbs, fish-woman stage 2 that closer resembles a human, a fish woman in a fetal posistion that now has hair, a more conventional human body (albeit very muscular) still in the fetal posistion, followed by the last stage, as she braces herself against the light pouring in. Narration caption(s): "This is wild. I can't even begin to fathom... whatever the hell is going on here. Okay, pull yourself together. Literally. Or... who says I gotta stick with the same old self? Maybe I can... embellish things. Just a bit. Okay, almost finished. Just a few final touches. And 1,2,3..." Comic Page 3: Panel One: The woman (Reina) emerges from the water, fully reborn and remade into a very muscular and very buxom woman, with long brown hair that flips through the air as she makes a splash. Surrounding her and the pool of water she's in are rock walls illuminated by a golden sky. Narration caption: "Much as I wouldn't mind a stroll in my birthday suit-" Panel Two: She attempts to put her shirt on, but between her muscular form and giant rack, she realizes it will no longer fit. Narration caption: " - I probably shouldn't assume this place has no nudity taboos" Panel Three: REINA opts insteads to tie the shirt around her boobs, as she dons a head band. Narration caption: "Wherever this place is" Panel Four: She waltzes out of the pool onto a green pathway Narration caption: "Adventure can't be far behind in a world this bizarre" Panel Five: Back to the viewer, REINA arches her arms back, taking in the scenery before her. Red rock formations dot the distance, while the foreground is lush with vegetation. Narration caption(s): "Or at least sex. (Especially sex)"
