🎲 As of April 2025, Nevada had the highest unemployment rate in the U.S.. The state’s economy depends heavily on tourism and was hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. But while tourism recovered in 2023, Nevada’s employment numbers haven’t yet followed suit.
